Recurring Care Coordinator

To drive operational success in a remote environment, the full-time Recurring Care Coordinator will manage nursing care coordination by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients while ensuring timely scheduling and communication for patient visits. Key responsibilities Utilize proprietary technology and third-party platforms to schedule nursing visits for patients Respond to and manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets and answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and identify opportunities for process improvements Required qualifications 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information empathetically Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle competing priorities Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
