Location: Tampa, FL, US Job Type: Full Time Salary Range: $45,000.00 to $85,000.00 Annually Responsibilities Provide customers with a relaxed, low‑pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their sleep quality. Assist customers with lifting and loading mattress purchases onto vehicles. Use state‑of‑the‑art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and the exclusive bedMatch diagnostic sleep system. Qualifications Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends; typical 4–5 day work week, 40 to 55 hours per week. Bilingual with equal fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish, or other languages (a plus). Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and reset the showroom floor. A winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm. Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
