Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Team

Days (0800-1630), no weekends

Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. In addition to acute and swing bed rehabilitation, outpatient services include:

• Sports and orthopedic rehab
• Pediatric rehab
• Neurological and stroke rehab
• Balance and dizziness rehab
• Wheelchair seating
• Neck, back, and extremity care

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments of patients
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing therapy interventions and monitoring progress
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
