Aluminum TIG Welder - Depew, NY

Immediate Opening | Temp-to-Hire | $19-$21/Hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Aluminum TIG Welder for a full-time, first-shift opportunity in Depew, NY. This is a temp-to-hire position offering competitive pay, steady hours, and the opportunity to join a skilled manufacturing team.

Schedule

Monday - Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime available and may be required based on production demands

Pay

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Based on experience

Responsibilities

Set up and operate TIG welding equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Weld aluminum components to specifications
Cut, grind, and finish aluminum materials
Inspect completed welds and products for quality
Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience
Aluminum welding experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
