Our client, a product-based manufacturing organization, is seeking a Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and support continued growth. This role reports to the VP of Finance and is viewed as a potential successor position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a fast-paced three-day monthly close
• Oversee journal entries, variance analysis, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage AP/AR, payroll, and fixed assets onsite
• Partner with operations on productivity and cost analysis
• Support standard costing and guide cost accounting activities
• Develop and mentor the accounting team
• Serve as the finance lead for ERP implementation and optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Minimum three years of people leadership experience
• Strong manufacturing accounting and standard costing background
• Product-based manufacturing experience required
• ERP implementation experience preferred (Oracle EBS; Infor Sightline a plus)
• Fast-paced, hands-on leadership style with strong ownership of P&L and balance sheet

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
