We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Westmoreland Manor, a premier Nursing Home in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications and other treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring resident's status and documenting as necessary, providing direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities, collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.

Open Shifts:

This position requires orientation on various shifts; after completion of orientation possible opportunities are on 6:50AM-3:10PM, 2:50PM-11:10P, and 10:50PM-7:10AM; or for 12-hour shifts: 6:50A-7:10P or 6:50P-7:10A "Variable Rotating," which are scheduled for 3 days one week and 4 days the following week, every other weekend off! The variable rotating option also has eight hours of “built in” overtime every other week!

Requirements:

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and current valid registration with Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners (license)
• Physical ability to do heavy lifting
• Successful completion of all levels of pre-employment screening and tuberculosis testing
