Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plainfield, IN. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering a high volume of inbound calls, responding to questions and requests, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and is comfortable working with computer systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist customers with general questions, requests, and basic account inquiries.
• Route calls to the appropriate department when additional assistance is needed.
• Accurately enter and update customer information within internal computer systems.
• Document customer interactions, messages, and follow-up requirements to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Prior experience handling high-volume phone calls is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type & Compensation

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
• Compensation: $20.00 per hour
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday | 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM
