ORDER PICKER / FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST

Custom Filters Direct | Bloomsburg, PA Pay: $19.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + Overtime based on business needs Employment Type: Full-Time

POSITION OVERVIEW

Custom Filters Direct is a growing manufacturer of custom HVAC air filters serving customers throughout the United States. We are seeking an Order Picker / Fulfillment Specialist to support our warehouse and fulfillment operations at our Bloomsburg facility. This hands-on position is responsible for accurately picking orders, organizing inventory, replenishing stock, and helping ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Retrieve and store inventory throughout the warehouse
• Learn to safely operate a cherry picker/order picker to access inventory

stored at elevated rack locations

• Perform inventory movements and stock replenishment activities
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems as needed
• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations

QUALIFICATIONS

* Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, retail stockroom, or distribution experience preferred * Experience operating a cherry picker, order picker, reach truck, or similar warehouse equipment is preferred* * Willingness to learn how to safely operate a cherry picker/order picker as part of the role

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and RF scanner experience required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying
• Comfortable working at elevated heights
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment for the duration of the shift

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Starting pay of $19.00 per hour
