Substance Use Recovery Counselor (Group & Individual)

Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a counselor to support recovery for patients with substance use disorders under clinic manager supervision. The role includes individual and group counseling, psychosocial assessment, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
