$2206 - $2353/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. • Monday Friday schedule, 36 hours per week guaranteed
• 5x8s preferred schedule open to discussion during interview
• 10 12 patients per day
• Minimum 50 visits and 200 billable units per week
• Outpatient setting
• Primarily adult ortho and sports med peds preferred but not required
• Outpatient ortho experience required clinical experience accepted
