Lead Business Analyst

Location: WASHINGTON, District of Columbia – (Hybrid – 3 days on Site)

Duration: 12 months

Requirements

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
• Expertise in ARROW reservation systems, SAP, Ariba, POS, e-commerce platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Visio, PowerPoint) and SharePoint 2010
• Minimum of five years managing complex projects
• Proven experience in business case development, requirements gathering, and acceptance criteria formulation
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead workshops and stakeholder collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements
• Collaborate with business units to align IT solutions with business strategies
• Conduct feasibility studies and present business cases
• Develop and maintain documentation (Business Requirements Documents, Process Flows, etc.)
• Assist in vendor selection and procurement
• Manage project prioritization and assess business needs
• Ensure quality assurance and review testing processes
• Develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Investigate, resolve, and escalate project issues as needed
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and SLA adherence
