Job Requirements: Active RN License required Nursys certification required Driver's License/State ID required 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required McLeod Criminal Background Check Results required McLeod Drug Screen required McLeod Skills Checklist completion required Availability for weekend shifts required Availability for assigned call required Distance Requirements Other Required Documentation: Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format) Two current clinical references Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months) TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months) Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted) Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations Must pass background check and drug screening What is our culture?
