Role Overview We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across the Illinois region. In this role, you will represent Kongsberg PCS’s portfolio of cutting‑edge hardware, software, and service solutions to customers in graphic arts, packaging, print, and manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. Manage direct accounts and partner relationships across your territory. Collaborate with application pre‑sales experts to create tailored customer proposals. Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and account data using Salesforce. Execute territory plans and communicate progress regularly with the Sales Director. Work cross‑functionally with marketing, logistics, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in capital equipment, software, or services. Experience selling into graphic arts, packaging, or manufacturing sectors. Strong understanding of value‑based selling and ROI‑driven sales strategies. Familiarity with CNC cutting solutions is highly preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
