Front of House Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced restaurant leader who is passionate about developing people, leading high-performing teams, and creating an exceptional guest experience.As the Front of House Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team and overseeing the day-to-day execution of the restaurant. You will lead and develop Team Leaders, coach Team Members, protect the guest experience, and work alongside your team to ensure Chick-fil-A Moscow operates with excellence, urgency, and consistency.This is a hands-on management role. You will spend significant time in the restaurant leading from the floor—not sitting behind a desk.
