Incentive Package

Up to $180,000 Base Salary
21% – 23% Production
$50K – $75K Sign-On Bonus
$5K Annual CE Allowance
Path to Growth: Medical Director or equity/joint venture opportunity
DEA, AVMA, VIN, state license, and PLIT fees — fully paid

4-day work week (flexible structure)
No on-call or after-hours

CE sponsorship and structured training through PetOne Veterinary Training Center
One fully covered PetOne course in your first year

The Practice

AAHA-accredited, high-standard medicine
Diverse caseload: dogs, cats, and pocket pets
Opportunity to see exotics and avian patients
Advanced diagnostics including ultrasound, digital radiography, and dental imaging

Integrative Medicine

Acupuncture (with optional electrical stimulation)
Chinese and natural therapies
Laser therapy

What We're Looking For

DVM (or equivalent), licensed or eligible in Florida
1+ year experience preferred
Comfortable with surgery and dentistry
Interest in leadership and team development is a plus
Strong communication and collaborative mindset
