Food Service Associate - DAngelos

Overview One of Global Partner’s subsidiaries, D’Angelos, a chain of sandwich shops located throughout New England serving various kinds of hot and cold subs, wraps and salads, is looking for a Food Service Associate (FSA). Our FSA is responsible for serving each and every guest delicious food. Responsibilities Responsibilities as a Cashier: Greet guests energetically and with sincere hospitality upon arrival. Ensure each guest gets exactly what they want by listening, suggesting items, repeating back orders, and being knowledgeable of the menu and ordering system. Process orders efficiently while bringing a friendly, guest-focused demeanor. Handle credit cards, rewards cards, and cash with focus and precision; cashiers are trained thoroughly prior to independent work. Responsibilities as a Cook: Prepare and present our food according to company specifications. Learn to use equipment, resources, and tools needed to prepare high-quality product. Maintain food safety and a clean, sanitary workstation. Ensure each order is prepared exactly as requested and meets high standards. Guest Service Associate Requirements Wear required store uniform Available weekend, evening shifts and holidays Must have reliable transportation Must attend mandatory meetings (e.g., T.A.M., sexual harassment) Physical Requirements Frequent bending, reaching, lifting of 1 to 15 lbs Be able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion Reaching above shoulder height and bending below waist Be able to freely access all areas of the store Move quickly around store Pay Range $16.05 - $19.26 The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location.
