Position / Specialty: RN Cath Lab

Start date: (next applicable orientation date 3-4 weeks out)

Years of experience required: 18 months Cath Lab experience required; 2 years preferred.

Certifications required: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Is on-call required? Yes, call is approx 9 shifts in a 5 week period.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

Open to accommodating block schedule? No

Locals accepted: Yes, locals same rate

Pending License accepted: Yes

Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's 40 hrs for 8/10's

Special requirements: Experience in EP and Vascular preferred.

Smoke free facility: All travelers must be nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) DS required

2 references from a direct supervisor/manager, ANM, director for the unit submitted to 18 months experience required, 2 years exp. preferred

Facility does not accept any license hits

Study materials provided with FDI

Facility has a strict DO NOT call policy

Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 6-15 hours

Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty
