Due to the continued growth and expansion of our business, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Supervisor based in our Port Lavaca Texas office. The Supervisor will be assigned onsite at client location in Point Comfort, Texas.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee/manage/streamline IT Helpdesk operation
• ISO document control
• Other Taurus employees (Developer, System Admins) Interpersonal skills - ability to be flexible and work well with others in the team.
• Ensure IT operation efficiency, customer satisfactory, daily tasks are done, and important goals are met.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or high school diploma with supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting, email management (Outlook), and familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack).
• Customer service, people skill, manage more than 10 people as a supervisor in a business. Experience in IT operation/management is a plus.
• IT Technical skill is a plus.
• Proven ability to efficiently and accurately enter data in alignment with standard operating procedures.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, including the ability to trouble shoot and resolve data entry errors.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
