CDL-A Drivers Home Weekly $1400-$2000+/WK (Full Time) Class A drivers (with one‑year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for guaranteed salary plus extra pay per shipment and great benefits while getting home weekly. Deliveries are 100% touch (freight preloaded, trailer hook‑and‑go). Drivers earn $1400–$2000/WK with deliveries in PA, VA, NJ, MD, WV, Eastern OH, and Northern NC. Full benefits after 60 days. Training on the account lasts 3‑5 days. Drivers can park tractor and trailer at home; you may bring a rider and a pet after training. Drug testing: urine test only. Must never have failed or refused any drug test, even if you completed SAP. Job Pay and Summary Drivers pick up loads at the DC just outside of Front Royal. Trailers will be preloaded; drivers hook and go. Daily salary of $215 per day plus $300 for every trailer unloaded. Drivers make 2‑4 stops per trailer. Deliveries involve unloading boxes (1‑35 lbs) onto a conveyor belt; store personnel handle inventory and merchandising. After the 34‑hour reset at home, many drivers complete deliveries and then return to the DC for the next load. Orientation is held in Dayton, about 2 days. Company pays transportation, hotel, and meals; you are paid $85 per day during orientation. Training is generally 3‑5 days, paid at the daily rate of $215 per day. Either double bunk with the trainer or get your truck first; you must be willing to accept either arrangement. After training, you may bring a rider and a dog while running. Responsibilities Pick up and unload freight loads; deliver to stores. Maintain safe driving practices and comply with all drug‑testing requirements. Ensure proper parking of tractor and trailer at home base. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL with at least one year of verifiable experience in the last three years. Must pass a routine urine drug test and have never failed or refused a drug test. Ability to work primary shifts that allow home weekly; does not guarantee weekend work.
