Job Overview

\n

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Data Engineering, and Backend Development to join our client in Tampa, FL . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-grade AI applications, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, scalable data platforms, and REST-based backend services.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Design and develop advanced Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks.
\n
• Build and maintain multi-agent orchestration systems using LangGraph, LangChain, and modern AI frameworks.
\n
• Develop scalable FastAPI-based backend services and REST APIs.
\n
• Create and optimize ETL pipelines , data ingestion frameworks, and real-time analytics solutions.
\n
• Integrate vector databases and retrieval systems including Milvus, DuckDB, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL .
\n
• Implement document ingestion, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy applications.
\n
• Work with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable and reliable deployments.
\n
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and production support.
\n

\n

Required Skills

\n

\n
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or Software Development .
\n
• Strong programming skills in Python .
\n
• Experience with:
\n
• LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Hugging Face models)
\n
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
\n
• LangChain & LangGraph
\n
• Prompt Engineering
\n
• Multi-Agent AI Systems
\n
• Strong backend development experience using FastAPI and REST APIs.
\n
• Experience with:
\n
• PostgreSQL
\n
• MongoDB
\n
• Vector Databases (Milvus, DuckDB, Pinecone, etc.)
\n
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
\n
• Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD processes.
\n
• Good understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI-powered analytics platforms.
\n
• Knowledge of AI security, vulnerability remediation, or application security tooling.

• Experience building conversational AI/chatbots.
\n
• Exposure to telecommunications, enterprise technology, aerospace, or fintech domains.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
