About the Role:
Velocity Marketing & Sales Inc is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Fort Myers, FL. Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through direct, face-to-face sales and marketing efforts
- Present and promote products and services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance goals
- Participate in daily team meetings, sales training, and ongoing professional development
- Track and report sales activity, leads, and customer interactions accurately
- Represent the Velocity Marketing & Sales brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the field
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus
- No prior sales experience required — full training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in the Fort Myers, FL area
- Positive attitude with a competitive, results-driven mindset
