RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Cemetery Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pharr, TX with $11/hr pay for a 6 months contract (temp only). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining beautiful grounds, and wants to support families during important moments. APPLY NOW!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Prepare cemetery grounds for burial and memorial services
• Set up tents, chairs, equipment, and gravesites for services
• Assist with ground preparation before and after services
• Perform general cemetery maintenance and landscaping duties
• Operate equipment and tools safely
• Help keep the property clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Assist with additional grounds and maintenance projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver's license (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, walking, bending, and standing throughout the day
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping, cemetery, or outdoor labor experience is a plus
• Comfortable operating equipment and working around heavy machinery
