Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA
Location: Kent, WA 98030 (mixture of in-person and Remote)
Pay: $85 - 87/hr.
Schedule: Flexible, part-time - around 10 hours weekly based on preference
Duration: ASAP - 06/17/2026 (possible extension)
Overview: Unlike typical BCBA positions, you will not be responsible for conducting FBAs or writing BIPs. Instead, this position emphasizes overseeing the RBTs, supporting teachers, training, modeling, creating visual supports, and overseeing data systems.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification required
Previous school-based experience is highly preferred but not required
Ability to work closely with Behavior technicians
