Hiring for 2 Full-Time Positions All work is daytime Monday through Friday. OT available. Competitive Wages - Pay is based on experience and skill set. Must be a reliable and responsible individual with a good attitude. At least 2-3 years experience operating construction equipment is required. Welding, electrical, and plumbing experience is a plus. This job primarily is working outdoors assisting a well driller or pump mechanic in the construction of residential and commercial water wells or in the installation and servicing water well pumps. A valid PA license is a requirement of this position as is are a background check and a DOT physical. The candidate should have experience in driving a truck with a standard shift (clutch) transmission. A CDL is a plus or the ability to acquire one. We provide no-cost CDL training.
