This role requires a strategic thinker who can align SAP capabilities with complex financial operations, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Architect and lead SAP S/4HANA Finance (1909 and beyond) solutions tailored to financial services operations, including banking, insurance, or investment management. Design and configure core FICO modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Bank Accounting. Implement advanced S/4HANA features such as Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Financial Planning & Analysis. Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP) and support audit and risk management processes. Integrate SAP with financial platforms such as Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Risk & Compliance tools, and external reporting systems. Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. Lead cross‑functional teams through Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, blueprinting, and solution design. Provide governance and oversight for SAP FICO development, testing, and deployment. Stay current with SAP innovations and finance industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
