At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower, and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community-based services.We are currently seeking a nurturing and imaginative Lead Teacher (Infant Toddler) to join our Early Childhood Education team. In this role, you'll care for and teach children ages six weeks to three years, while creating a safe, responsive, and developmentally rich environment. Responsibilities:Provide high-quality care and education for infants and toddlersImplement integrated service delivery aligned with Head Start Performance Standards, DOH Article 47 Guidelines, and CMCS policiesRecognize and support the individual needs of each child's culture, language, and abilitiesEstablish daily routines and smooth transitions that foster emotional securityCreate nurturing, responsive interactions and environmentsAccurately document developmental progress using Teaching Strategies GOLD (TSG) and ChildPlus on a weekly basis Requirements:Caring, upbeat personalityBachelor 's Degree with a concentration in Early Childhood DevelopmentAssociate Degree in Early Childhood Education with eligibility for a study planPrevious experience in a Head Start Program or other Early Childhood setting preferredMinimum two years' experience preferred CMCS Offers:Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance3 weeks paid time off in August12 Paid Sick days per year19 Paid Holidays per year3 Personal Days per yearPaid time off in December, February and April when school is closed$7500/year Educational Assistance (tuition, books, certification exams, etc) - eligible upon hire.403(b) Retirement PlanLong Term Disability InsuranceLife Insurance Make a Difference Every DayIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact and be part of a compassionate, dedicated team, apply today and start your journey with CMCS!#HR24G
