Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, preferably within wireless or electronics sectors.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and effectively.
• Bilingual abilities (SPANISH) are a plus to serve diverse customer bases better.
• Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions.
• Experience in supervising or leading team activities is desirable for growth opportunities.
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math to manage inventory efficiently. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions at all times.

Técnico: Familiaridad con Microsoft Windows y Excel. Legal: Debe ser elegible para trabajar en los EE. UU. Logística: Debe contar con transporte confiable. Idiomas: Se prefiere Bilingüe (Inglés/Español). Actitud: Gran disposición para prosperar en un entorno de ventas y contribuir al éxito del equipo.
