This role requires regular communication with residents to ensure on time rent payment, and adherence to lease agreements.Your day-to-day may include:Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.Responsible for having a thorough understanding of policies related to screening qualifications and application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures and be able to explain these items to existing and prospective residents.Reviews resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/or late fees owed, communicates with residents regarding outstanding balances, implements procedures for collecting on delinquent balances, and enforces the lease.Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.What You Bring:A minimum of 1-2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant required.LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, and Lease-Up experience strongly preferred.Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing laws.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.What We Offer:Bonus opportunity (position dependent)Generous paid time off, including 13 paid holidays (with a Floating Holiday and Volunteer Day), accrued sick time, and 15 days (120 hours) of vacation in the first yearHousing discount program*401(k) retirement plan with company matchComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus HSA with employer contribution and FSA optionsEmployer-sponsored short-term and long-term disability coverageCompany-paid life insuranceOptional ancillary benefits, including critical illness, hospital indemnity, and accident insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)*Housing discount based on availability and prior ownership group approvalThe expected compensation range for this position is $32.00 – $35.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
