Commercial Retail Property ManagerOur client, a National Real Estate company, is looking to hire a Commercial Retail Property Manager. This is a hybrid position located in Hollywood, FL.Salary range is $120-130k/yrResponsibilities:Oversee 10 properties totaling 2 million square feet.Oversee the preparation and implementation of site operating budgets, capital improvement projects, long-term planning, administration of contracts and payment of expenses.Complete and document comprehensive physical surveys each year that report on the property's condition, including maintenance needs and future replacement of assets.Responsible for the performance of site services (i.e., landscaping, parking lot sweeping, and janitorial), as well as the overall upkeep and maintenance of the portfolio; all of which is performed by outsourced contractors.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree5-7 years experience in commercial property managementProfessional designation such as CSM, CPM, or CCIM is preferredProficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and ExcelIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionOur teams, comprised of subject matter experts, develop an interest in your preferences and goals and we act as an advisor for your career advancement.
