Key Responsibilities Provide technical oversight and direction to the System Integrator (SI) partner’s Development and QA teams. Ensure high‑quality, on‑time deliverables that meet client standards and enterprise quality gates. Review and validate solution designs, code quality, and test coverage across all development phases. Enforce adherence to architectural standards, security controls, and engineering best practices. Coordinate build, integration, and testing activities across internal teams and SI partners. Identify and mitigate technical risks, defects, and delivery dependencies early in the lifecycle. Drive defect resolution and conduct root‑cause analysis to prevent repeat issues. Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Infrastructure teams to ensure delivery alignment. Validate readiness for environment promotions, releases, and production deployments. Provide clear technical status updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The listed range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini may pay for the role at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors permitted by law, including geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, seniority, performance, market and business considerations, and internal pay equity. Candidates are typically not hired at or near the top of the posted range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
