Data Administrator

Heritage Golf Group is looking for a Data Administrator to help support our growing data, reporting, and business system needs across our clubs. This position will primarily focus on data administration, reporting, SQL, Power BI, and maintaining accurate, well-organized business systems. The successful candidate should be comfortable supporting related technology initiatives, assisting with user inquiries, contributing to troubleshooting efforts, maintaining documentation, and providing business system support as needed. Responsibilities Manage and support SQL databases, data integrations, and reporting needs Assist with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other reporting initiatives Monitor data quality, identify issues, and help improve reporting accuracy Support business applications, user access, and system data where it ties into reporting and operations Work with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and club teams to understand reporting and system needs Help with user questions, ticket triage, and troubleshooting when it relates to data, reporting, or business systems Create documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles so processes are easy to follow Assist with technology projects, acquisitions, system rollouts, and other IT initiatives as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in data administration, reporting, business systems, IT support, or a similar role Strong SQL and database experience Experience building, maintaining, or supporting reports and dashboards Good troubleshooting skills and the ability to work through problems without needing everything spelled out Experience with Microsoft 365 and common business applications Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users Preferred Microsoft Fabric Power BI Azure Data Factory or similar tools Freshservice, NinjaOne, or related platforms Hospitality, golf, retail, or multi-location business experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Heritage Golf Group
