A growing mission-driven organization is seeking a Manager, Planning & Delivery to build and lead a new PMO-style function supporting both technology and business operations teams. This is a Direct Hire, Remote opportunity.

This role combines Agile coaching, portfolio management, project delivery, and operational planning across multiple workstreams. You'll partner with leadership to improve visibility, forecasting, prioritization, and execution while helping teams adopt practical Agile practices.

Key Qualifications

• 7+ years in Project, Program, PMO, or Delivery Management
• Active Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Agile coaching experience with cross-functional teams
• Portfolio and project management expertise
• Experience building dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

• PMO or delivery function build-out
• Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Power BI, Confluence, or similar tools
• Advanced Agile certifications and/or PMP
• Experience working across both software and non-software teams
