Location: Holton Manor – Elkhorn, WI (On-site) Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends –True Flexible scheduling-you choosewhat fitsyour schedule _ _________________________________________________________ Job Summary A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention,implementationand evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsiblepartyand other health team members, whilemaintainingstandards of professional nursing.
