We’re hiring a hands-on Working Lead to guide our third-shift rubber molding operations. If you enjoy balancing coaching with on-the-floor problem solving, you’ll fit right in.

- Own production flow, from scheduling to changeovers
- Apply your molding know-how to reduce scrap and boost quality
- Advance your career with real responsibility and visible results
- 3rd shift: 9:00 pm – 5:00 am
- Lead hours vary to support Sunday night start-up
- $2.00/hour premium for third shift
- Weekly paychecks
- Direct daily production activities on third shift
- Build team schedules to meet demand and maintain coverage
- Train new hires; support ongoing skill development and cross-training
- Coach for efficiency, first-pass yield, and scrap reduction
- Provide timely performance feedback
- Assist with mold setups and changeovers
- Troubleshoot processes to minimize downtime
- Uphold safety, quality, and company standards
- Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Injection molding experience or strong manufacturing process knowledge
- Excellent communication and coaching ability
- Dependable attendance and follow-through
- Basic computer skills with aptitude for IQMS and related systems
- Ability to become forklift certified
- Team-oriented, supportive environment
