Responsibilities:


. Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.

. Monitor delivery routes and track shipment progress.

. Process delivery order changes, updates, and cancellations accurately.

Requirements:


. Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills.

. Ability to work effectively under pressure while exceeding customer expectations.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
