Texas Dow Employees Credit Union

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is looking for a Loan Resolution Counselor to manage member communications and set up loan repayment schedules. The successful candidate will engage with members via multiple communication channels, providing guidance and counseling regarding loan delinquencies. The role requires a high school diploma, preferable experience in sales or collections, and strong skills in Microsoft Office.
