$18.00 - $26.00/hr* Shifts may vary What you'll do Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services. Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; remove damaged goods; sign and price merchandise appropriately; and secure fragile and high-shrink items. Maintain the sales floor in the liquor area in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, process member purchases, assist in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types. Maintain cash registers and lanes, reduce shrink by stocking register supplies and box bins, and meet front‑end performance goals. Follow company and legal policies and procedures for liquor sales by securing merchandise, maintaining signage, verifying member identification, and completing required paperwork and documentation.
