Three Brothers Concrete, a trusted Denver-based concrete contractor since 2003, is seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity offering stable, year-round work with immediate start dates available. As a Concrete Foreman, you will oversee and participate in all aspects of commercial concrete flatwork, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities
- Oversee and participate in site activities related to commercial concrete flatwork, including forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for slabs on grade, slabs on deck, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and related structures.
- Plan project tasks, order materials, coordinate with crew members, and complete daily work reports.
- Supervise all work to ensure safety, quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget.
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, blueprints, and site instructions to determine work activities.
- Set grades, form, pour, and finish both interior and exterior concrete surfaces.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Foster a client-focused and detail-oriented approach on every project.
- Collaborate effectively as a reliable team player.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial concrete flatwork, including forming, pouring, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Detail-oriented and client-driven mindset.
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
