Data Engineer (Pure Azue)

Duration: 6 Months Contract Possible Extension

Location: Fully Remote

Work Authorization: USC or Green Card Only

Interview Process: Virtual round

30-minute technical interview with Manager
30-minute interview with Director

LinkediIn with location (before 2022)

Important: This is a hands-on Data Engineering position . Candidates should have recent, practical experience building and developing data pipelines rather than primarily providing oversight, coordination, or support.

We are looking for a hands-on Data Engineer with strong experience in data management, data integration, and development of enterprise data pipelines. This is a development-focused role, not an oversight or production-support position.

The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC, Snowflake, and Microsoft data technologies , including SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
8+ years of overall Data Engineering experience with strong experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT, data integration, data quality, data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data governance, and master data management.
Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC and Snowflake .
Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including:
- SQL Server (IaaS/PaaS)
- Azure Synapse
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Databricks
- Cosmos DB
- HDInsight
- Power BI
- Microsoft Fabric
Experience with Informatica Cloud technologies such as CIH, DIH, CDGC, Master Data Management, and Data Quality .
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, C#, and/or Java .
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and proactively identify solutions.
Strong focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering a positive client experience.

Qualification:

Relevant certifications in Informatica, Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, or related technologies.
Professional services or accounting industry experience.
Previous consulting or client-service experience.
Experience working in a managed services environment.
