Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care.
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and goals.
• Clearly communicate diagnoses and treatment recommendations to patients.
• Collaborate closely with hygienists and other clinical team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Utilize available digital technology to enhance diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education.
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation.
• Build lasting patient relationships through excellent communication and patient-centered care.
• Maintain the highest ethical, clinical, and professional standards.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Ohio dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills.
