Program Manager

You will be working with a unique and driven team building exciting new systems from scratch, in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and business owners. In this position, you will be managing multiple workstreams that are priorities for the entire firm to achieve long term goals. You appreciate a well‑thought‑out strategy, care about best‑in‑class execution, and understand how to track and measure a program's impact. What You’ll Do Collaborate with teams to deliver meaningful outcomes to business lines at Galaxy Partner with business unit(s) to solve problems and manage execution related to business expansion, regulatory change, and technology delivery Work with business unit to help translate requirements into deliverable specs Manage overall project lifecycle and implement project management processes to ensure excellent delivery Understand regulatory landscape to assess business impact, structure and execute on regulatory change program delivery Partner with groups across the company (finance, compliance, risk, technology, operations and more) to ensure accurate breadth and coverage for any specific project Through your work, impact and create process inputs, streamline workflows, and improve project management Ensure communication with relevant stakeholders and provide progress, status and risk updates Work on some of the most challenging, ambiguous and critical projects core to the success of Galaxy Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision‑making, and output quality in your day‑to‑day work What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in regulatory change, product or project management, business development or management consulting Experience with project management or program management practices and methodologies Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and multitask Comfortable working with ambiguity Self‑starter with a strong desire to make processes more efficient Able to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills An interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology Experience working with stakeholders across different functions to drive to a common goal Familiarity with US regulatory regimes and compliance framework (SEC, CFTC, OCC etc.) Entrepreneurial nature and drive to implement change What We Offer Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus Flexible Time Off (i.e. unlimited paid vacation days) Company paid Holidays (11) Company paid sick leave Company‑paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents 3% 401(k) company contribution Generous paid Parental Leave Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry Free daily snacks in‑office Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues Employee Resource Groups #J-18808-Ljbffr Galaxydigitalservices
