Practice Overview

• You'll work alongside a team of laborists, OBs, and 24/7 NP support in a collaborative inpatient setting
• Practice within a hospital featuring a Level III NICU, in-house OB anesthesia, and pediatric hospitalist support
• Approximately 1,7001,800 deliveries annually with ~1,000 managed by the hospitalist team
• Dedicated OB ED, OR access on the floor, centralized fetal monitoring, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration

Schedule

• 8 in-house 24-hour shifts per month with flexibility to pick up additional shifts
• True shift-based model with no clinic responsibilities and defined time off
• Additional shifts available at increased hourly rate
• Built-in support structure with NP coverage and designated rest areas

Compensation & Benefits

• $190/hour with annual earnings around $437,000 based on standard shifts
• Additional shifts paid at $215/hour for increased income potential
• Sign-on bonus, relocation, and student loan assistance available

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Experience preferred, but open to physicians coming out of training
• Comfortable managing labor and delivery, OB emergencies, and inpatient care
• Open to both U.S. and international graduates; visa sponsorship available
