Data Entry Representative – Contract-Hire Opportunity – 100% Onsite in Minnetonka, MNTHE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Representative to join our client’s Operations team.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of proven data-entry and administrative experience, strong Excel skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to manage daily responsibilities with strong follow-through. The ability to learn new software and processes quickly is essential.JOB DETAILSContract-Hire Opportunity!Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.100% onsite in Minnetonka, MN$23–$24/hour, depending on experience and job history.???????KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform accurate and timely data entry into Sage Software.Enter purchase orders and purchase order confirmations and follow transactions through to sales orders.Receive products and ensure related information is entered accurately into the system.Complete and process work orders.Process Work Order reports and generate work orders within required time frames.Maintain organized electronic and paper files.Assist with answering incoming phone calls.Enter and maintain information in Excel and SharePoint.Assist with shipment coordination as needed.Enter new Bills of Material into the system after mastering core responsibilities.Enter new part numbers and maintain accurate system information.Assist with company mailings and other administrative tasks.Work independently and take on new responsibilities as needed.Perform other duties as assigned while following company policies and procedures.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of strong and proven data-entry/administrative experience within an office setting is required.Strong Excel skills and comfort working with Microsoft software.Prior Sage Software experience is not required experience using similar ERP software is preferred. Strong data-entry and Excel skills will provide a solid foundation for learning Sage, which is an intuitive system.Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.Strong follow-through and ability to see tasks through to completion.Demonstrated desire and commitment to completing daily responsibilities thoroughly and on time.APPLY NOW!Please click Apply to submit your application.
