Senior Progress ProgrammerRemote (U.S.-based) - Colorado Springs, COEngagement Type: ContractJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Progress Programmer to support an active Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) engagement. In this role, you will work closely with the client team to drive the migration of existing Infor SX.e (SxEnterprise) customizations into the CloudSuite Distribution environment. This is a highly technical, hands-on role involving full lifecycle ownership—from legacy code analysis and solution redesign to development, testing, and knowledge transfer.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing Infor SX.e customizations to understand functionality, dependencies, and compatibility with CloudSuite DistributionRedesign and re-engineer custom solutions aligned with cloud architecture and Infor best practicesDevelop and enhance solutions using Progress OpenEdge / ABLEvaluate legacy code and decide whether to refactor, redesign, or replace with native CloudSuite featuresCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutionsParticipate in the full migration lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deploymentPerform unit testing and support system testing and UATEnsure compliance with CloudSuite Distribution standards and architecture guidelinesCreate technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to client teamsContribute to sprint planning, estimation, and timely delivery of assigned tasksRequired QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Progress OpenEdge / ABL developmentProven experience working with Infor SX.e (SxEnterprise) including customizations and integrationsSolid understanding of ERP architecture and customization lifecycleAbility to analyze and refactor legacy code effectivelyExperience across full SDLC (requirements to deployment)U.S.-based and available to work standard business hours in a remote setupNice to HaveExperience with Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD)Exposure to cloud migration projectsFamiliarity with modern DevOps practicesWhy JoinOpportunity to work on large-scale ERP cloud migrationHands-on role with modern cloud-based architectureCollaborative and technically strong environment
