Randall Mechanical is currently seeking qualified Commercial Sheetmetal Mechanics to work on large projects in Orlando , Florida.

Position Summary

Randall's Sheet Metal Mechanics are responsible for the fabrication and installation of HVAC ductwork in very large projects in commercial or industrial buildings.

Experience Required

• Three - five yearsof experience in commercial sheetmetal duct installation work
• GED or equivalentdiploma
• Must be familiarwith proper use of PPE and OSHA rules applicable to construction sites

Essential Functions / Qualifications

• Possess all necessary tools ofthe trade.
• Must be able to work well withothers.
• Must have effective communicationskills.
• Must be able to read blueprintsand diagrams.
• Must be familiar with materials,equipment and devices commonly used in commercial sheetmetal ductworkinstallations.
• Capable of operating scissorlifts.
• Ability to pass a backgroundcheck and drug screening.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is aplus.

Physical Requirements

This is primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job.You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
