Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a creditor’s rights practice, encompassing foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, collections, and related civil litigation.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff.
  • Review and approve pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and legal analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, investor, and financial client guidelines.
  • Coordinate effectively with courts, trustees, opposing counsel, and institutional clients.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in Arizona.
  • 4+ years of litigation experience in creditor’s rights, mortgage default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or related financial services litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of local court procedures, filing systems, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management capabilities.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $170,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
