Process Engineer – Powder Manufacturing!

UP TO $130,000.

Turn chemistry into production.

We're looking for a Chemical Engineer with manufacturing experience to improve and develop processes for the large-scale production of ceramic and inorganic materials .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
Improve yield, efficiency, quality, and process capability .
Analyze production data and use SPC/statistical methods to identify improvements.
Develop process plans, specifications, equipment settings, and production documentation.
Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
Evaluate equipment performance and help identify process and equipment upgrades.
Support new product launches and the transition from development to production.
Assist with corrective actions, process testing, and ISO 9001 documentation.

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Ceramics, or related field.
Experience in chemical, ceramic, inorganic materials, or process manufacturing .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of process improvement, statistical analysis, and manufacturing operations.
