Community Associate

555 SE MLK JR Boulevard, Suite 105, 97214 Portland, Oregon, United States of America The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so that your customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready and to check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed. Customers arrive throughout the morning. You assist with requests such as changing a WiFi code, checking package arrivals, directing to meeting rooms, setting up projectors, and helping customers find a great cup of coffee. You help ensure services are properly charged so invoices are accurate. After a quick coffee break, you handle mail and follow up with customers about packages. In the afternoon, you assist with printing, invoices, and any heating/comfort needs in team rooms by opening tickets in our service portal. You and the Community Manager plan next week’s networking event, create e-invites, and post notices around the center. You may meet a prospect interested in joining the IWG community and share details about the space. At day’s end, you wrap up meetings, guide attendees to nearby dining, and ensure the space is tidy before heading home. About You We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
