The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial client accounts while driving revenue growth, client retention, and service excellence across landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal services. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and operations, ensuring contracted services are delivered to company standards while actively identifying opportunities to increase account value through enhancements, renewals, and additional services. Develop opportunities for new securing new business across all service lines. What You'll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts. Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service. Identify and sell additional services and enhancements. Generate new business opportunities. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. Prepare proposals, renew contracts, and manage account performance. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field. Landscaping, green industry, property services, or snow industry experience preferred.
