Membership Services Coordinator

Are you passionate about answering questions and lending a helping hand in person and via email? If so, we're looking for someone like you! Responsibilities Manage the membership services desk Schedule fitness assessments Provide tours and membership information Use email and our membership software to connect with members and answer their incoming questions Light cleaning and keeping member-facing areas tidy Send invoices and follow up messages to members Help with social media content collection Be there for anything our members may need during your scheduled times Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in providing outstanding care for customers and clients Ability to anticipate member's needs Self-motivator and proactive Meets and respects timelines and job responsibilities Seniority level Entry level Employment type Part-time Job function Other Industries Health, Wellness & Fitness Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Personal Space Fitness by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr Personal Space Fitness
